Fit for Me is a local campaign offering advice for how you can become more active every day. It provides information for everyone, irrespective of their current activity levels, to find the right activity for them.

Get Out Get Active Liverpool (GOGA)
GOGA is an exciting programme that supports disabled and non-disabled people to enjoy being active together. Liverpool City Council has teamed up with Activity Alliance and an extensive range of stakeholders to help GOGA reach more people in local Carer organisations, Higher Education establishments and the LGBT+ community.
